The Safe Process of Beef Jerky and HACCP for Spanish Speaking Operators
This workshop will be presented in Spanish at NMSU in Gerald Thomas Hall, Room 330. This is a hands on training to implement a safe process and a HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) program in beef jerky meat prcessing facilities. This 2-day introductory workshop is at no cost and materials are included. LIMITED TO 15 PARTICIPANTS
