The Safe Process of Beef Jerky and HACCP for Spanish Speaking Operators
This workshop will be presented in Spanish at NMSU in Gerald Thomas Hall, Room 330. This is a hands on training to implement a safe process and a HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) program in beef jerky meat prcessing facilities. Better Process Control School-ACIDIFIED Only
NMSU will present Better Process Control School-ACIDIFIED Only course on Janurary 19-20, 2010 at Gerald Thomas Hall- Room 330.
